FS6000 Fast-Scan Container/Vehicle Inspection System adopting X-ray trans-mission technology could meet the requirements of high throughput without stopping in high traffic areas.
The system avoids scanning the cab automatically to realise non-intrusive inspection without stopping. The system has the characteristics of high penetration and detection sensitivity, excellent relocatability and image quality with large scanning tunnel. It could be deployed at port, land border, tunnel, bonded area or other places for 100% inspection of trucks and containers.
The Inspection System adopts Dual-energy Imaging Technology to discriminate organic, inorganic and mixed materials. Different materials are marked with specific colors, which helps in identifying the contraband and dangerous goods concealed among cargoes or hidden in the vehicle.
The Inspection System adopts vehicle identification technology to avoid scanning the cab automatically, with the throughput up to 200 units of vehicle per hour. The driver can drive the vehicle through the scanning tunnel directly without stopping.
Adopting the new type accelerator and detector, the Inspection System provides high penetration capability, good quality and better resolution of the scanning images.
The Inspection System can be integrated with various auxiliary devices including License Plate Recognition (LPR) System, Container Code Recognition (CCR)System and Radioactivity Monitor (RM), etc., hence providing comprehensive information of the goods under inspection. The surface spray disinfection device for cargo/vehicle can also be installed upon request.
The Inspection System is designed with the safety of public and operators as paramount importance. It is equipped with safety devices including CCTV, PA, safety interlocks, etc. All the radiation protection criteria are met and in conformity with the relevant standards recommended by international organizations such as IAEA, ICRP and WHO.
The Inspection System adopts modularized and light-weighted design with small footprint. It can be relocated and deployed in a short time.
